Now let's talk stamps and cards! I am completely smitten with the gorgeous images and sentiments in Pinkfresh's Keep Going & Take Pride sets so I wanted to stick with some simple designs to feature them.
For this card, I stamped the floral wreath in black and added a bit of color to a few flowers. Then I colored the center with black, let it dry and embossed the sentiment in white.
For this card, I used a circle template to create the design. You can see the process in this quick video...

I agree I like one layer cards too. Mainly because its so much easier to send out in the mail. If I create a card with too many layers it never gets sent! But I find I have a card time making one layer cards pretty! You are right it takes more creativity! And you achieved both results with these cards. They are both stunning and 1 layer! I really like the black and white cards. So classic and stylish.

You can't go wrong with a great clean and simple card like this! But I think my favorite is the white flowers with the beautiful, colorful background. I love that look, and I'm going to have to do it again soon.

These are wonderful. I especially love the CAS rainbow card. Simply stamped cards are quite a pleasure to make, and I think they do require a fair bit of design finesse to make them WOWZA! You nailed it!
