Here was the process...
- blend Distress Oxide inks on a card panel.
- adhere panel to folded card.
- apply DIY glitter paste (Glossy Accents mixed with glitter) over ink blends and let dry.
- die cut "I think the world..." and "Sweetheart" shadows from another panel and adhere over dry glitter paste.
- die cut "I think the world..." and "Sweetheart" words from black cardstock and adhere in shadow window.
- add a little faux black splatter with a pen.
- and for the Sweetheart card, add stamped "hugs & kisses" from Fresh Air Fall Flowers.

Love large word dies and these used the best font!! So pretty!
First time I've seen the glitter paste used as you did. it sure does add the sparkle to your paper-I like that you can put it over the top of colored ins to create that shiny background for cut outs or to use on a card. Your CAS card is perfect.
