Here's this week's sketch...
And here's my card...I started by using a little low-tack tape to mask off the square on the bottom of my card front like the sketch design. Then I blended Distress Oxide Tumbled Glass and Salvaged Patina.And then I was stumped. I really had no idea what to add next so I decided to just grab a stamp set that I'd been wanting to color with, Playful Penguins.
And that was all I needed! After adding the penguin and ice to the card, I die cut a speech bubble with the Say Anything set and colored it with Copic E01 to coordinate with the penguin. Then I stamped a sentiment from the Playful Penguins on top.The last little detail was a few heart die cuts borrowed from the Cool Christmas Trees set.
