What do you do when you want to make a colorful card but you don't have time to color a cute stamped image?
I'll show you what I do...
I love the little grandpa from the new MFT Being A Grandparent Is The Best set and I thought he would be adorable on a birthday card but I had no time to color. So here's what I did...I stamped a little party hat borrowed from the Presents and Pupcakes set. Then I covered it with a little sticky note mask and stamped the grandpa leaning in from the edge.
I added just a spot of color with a Copic marker on the hat & shorts.
Then I added the die word "happy", colored by ink blending Distress Oxide Salvaged Patina & Tumbled Glass.
Finally I stamped the "wishing..." sentiment above the die cut word.
Pop over to the MFT blog when you have a minute to see more of the June release. Thanks for stopping by!
