negative die cutting 3 ways + justine's 50 cards for 50k

Today I'm so happy to being joining Justine in celebrating her awesome YT channel and crafty pursuits! This fun hop is all about cardmaking techniques so I am sharing 3 ways I like to use negative die cutting in my cardmaking.

#1. SHAKER WINDOWS
I LOVE creating shaker cards! I'm especially fond of using circle dies to create shaker windows and big words like this Big Hi from The Stamp Market.

#2. DIY STENCILS
Cutting my own stencils is great way to stretch my supplies. And I also love it when working with messy mediums like glimmer paste or transfer gel because if my stencil gets too messy, I don't feel too terrible about throwing it away.

#3. DIY COVER PLATES
Creating DIY cover plates is another easy way to stretch my supplies and all it requires is die cutting the same shape multiple times! So easy!

See a little bit more about these cards and techniques in my video...

If you are hopping with us, you're next stop is Laura's video.

And Justine is generously giving out some fantastic prizes...five $50 gift certificates! Be sure to comment on my YouTube video to be entered to win.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
