This month's slimline challenge is extra cute because smaller is cuter and the challenge is...MINI slimline cards! Somehow I didn't even know this was a thing but I couldn't wait to try it!
I ended up creating this...
My card ended up being so simple...glitter paper with a slightly wonky paper bow (using the Perfect Present die set).
I didn't have the pinky-red glitter paper I wanted so I used a blending brush with MFT Wild Cherry & Ripe Raspberry inks to transform some peach glitter paper.
- I recommend using a blending brush because the glitter can tear blending sponges.
- Dye inks let the glitter shine through more than pigment or hybrid inks.
- And always remember to let the glitter paper dry after inking.
Have a great day!
Carly
