clean color practice makes perfect

historically i try to stay away from coloring because i'm pretty rubbish at it. however since discovering clean color real brush markers, i've decided to give coloring more of a chance.
this card is super simple, really made from a practice piece. i can see all the little (and big) mistakes but i still like. it's charmingly messy, right? and i'm going to keep practicing.

i stamped the catherine scanlon flower teacup in distress ink antique linen and then colored it with clean color markers. i have found the trick to coloring with the clean color markers is paper. my favorite is smooth bristol.
